Hi, I am a Cognitive Behavioural therapist (CBT), accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

I have 10 years experience delivering psychological therapies successfully. My working experience has been in primary care, secondary care NHS settings and working with charities to help promote mental health awareness. 

I specialise in the treatment of depression and anxiety related issues. Regularly undergoing CBT ( cognitive behavioural therapy )training and supervision to help deliver effective choice of therapy and always delivering a treatment tailored to individual or couples needs.   

Also, trained in couple’s therapy and other areas of expertise are in long term health conditions, such as IBS, fibromyalgia and others. Carried out specialist training at King’s College in working with individuals who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and COPD, which are currently on the rise!   


I am trained as a life coach with  Hypnotherapy, which is helpful for tackling addictions, phobias, losing weight and other life changing goals. 

I am a multi-lingual therapist and offer therapy in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
